If you reside in the UK and Northern Ireland, you can expect your items within 7 working days between Monday and Saturday.

For international deliveries, you can expect
your items within 14 working days between Monday and Saturday.
 

Can I wash any of the soft furnishing items?

The cushion does not need to be washed, but can be wiped using a cloth and a small amount of antibacterial product or sprayed lightly with
antibacterial spray.

The bed throws and bed runners should be dry cleaned as a preventative measure.

Can I return an item if I am not completely satisfied?

If you are not completely satisfied with the item, please contact us via the Contact page and we will discuss arrangements on how to return the item. If we receive the item within 30 days of purchase we will refund you in full provided that the item is returned in good condition.
